Presented as a special exhibition of the Singapore Biennale 2006, Telah Terbit was intended as a historical background to contemporary art in Southast Asia, featuring works from the collections of Singapore Art Museum, National Art Gallery of Malaysia, National Museum and Ateneo Art Gallery of the Philippines, artists and private collectors.
